About the Role
The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Client Access Representative plays a pivotal role within a dynamic, interdisciplinary care team, serving as a critical liaison between clients/patients and various departments.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients/patients with navigating the healthcare system to ensure they receive appropriate dental services.
- Collect and document client/patient information for accurate scheduling and treatment planning.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members, including dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff, to provide seamless service delivery.
- Handle inquiries from clients/patients regarding their appointments, treatments, and billing.
- Support the overall operations of the dental clinic by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
