Your Responsibilities

• Handle receptionist tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and answering phone inquiries.
• Assist with administrative duties including billing, insurance claims, and appointment confirmations.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the dental practice by maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide excellent customer service and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a dental assistant, receptionist, or patient coordinator is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and other professionals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with dental software systems.
• Prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
