Role Overview
The Quality Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all quality standards and regulatory requirements are met within Nissha Medical Technologies. This full-time position is based at the Peterson Air Force Base location.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of production areas to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for all products manufactured by NMT.
- Review and approve product specifications and documentation to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain records of quality audits and inspections for internal and external review.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device industry, with at least 2 years in quality assurance/quality control roles.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and other relevant international standards such as ISO 13485.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
