Client Access Representatives – Customer Service (Springfield, Republic, & More)

Brightli is hiring part-time Client Access Representatives for customer service roles across our Southwest Missouri clinics, including Springfield, Republic, Nixa, Marshfield, Bolivar, and Branson. Join our team and help patients access the care they need.

The Opportunity

Brightli is growing, and we're looking for organized, customer-focused professionals to join our clinic access team. As a Client Access Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and callers, managing schedules, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction reflects Brightli's commitment to excellent care. This part-time position offers flexible shifts—including PRN and float opportunities—with hours subject to availability. Whether you're based in Springfield or any of our other Southwest Missouri locations, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in patient access and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and manage patient appointments across clinic locations
• Greet patients, complete check-in, and collect necessary information
• Verify insurance eligibility and answer insurance-related questions
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
• Maintain accurate patient records and update scheduling systems
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or patient-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software (or willingness to learn)
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy with patient information
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset
