Program Coordinator

Brightli is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator for our Springfield, Greene County office. In this role, you'll oversee program operations and lead a compassionate team dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting independence and personal growth.

The Opportunity

Join Brightli's ISL department as Program Coordinator, where you'll combine organizational leadership with hands-on program management. What You'll Do

• Plan and oversee daily program activities, schedules, and resource allocation
• Manage and mentor team members, creating a supportive and high-performing workplace
• Monitor and document participant progress toward independence and personal goals
• Improve program efficiency through process development and continuous refinement
• Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and program participants
• Maintain adherence to organizational policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Prior experience coordinating programs or leading administrative functions
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and organize complex workflows
• Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal
• Demonstrated capacity to lead, inspire, and develop team members
• Passion for service-oriented work and supporting individuals in need
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and data management tools
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
