Division Order Analyst – The Woodlands, TX (On-Site)

Purple Land Management is hiring a Division Order Analyst for a full-time, on-site position in The Woodlands, Texas. This specialized role involves meticulous work organizing, validating, and maintaining critical lease and ownership records for one of our key clients in Montgomery County.

About the Role

You'll step into a project-focused position where precision and attention to detail directly protect your client's interests in mineral and property ownership. Your work ensures that lease documentation, ownership records, and division order decks remain accurate, current, and audit-ready. This is hands-on, client-facing analytical work—not back-office data entry.

What You'll Do

• Compile and organize lease agreements, ownership declarations, and division order materials from multiple sources
• Verify accuracy and consistency of data across legal documents, financial records, and title information
• Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or conflicting records for resolution
• Maintain organized records and documentation systems that support client reporting and compliance
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve data gaps or clarify ownership interests
• Prepare clear, detailed summaries of findings and validation results

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in title analysis, ownership documentation, or mineral rights work
• Strong technical skills organizing complex legal and financial records
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work independently on a defined project scope and meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical findings to clients and colleagues
• Comfort with document management systems and basic spreadsheet tools
