What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with personalized styling advice and product recommendations
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across our clothing, shoes, and accessories categories
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through attentive, gracious service
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations accurately
- Support store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and create a welcoming shopping environment
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the team
