This full-time position in our Centralized Scheduling department combines organizational precision with collaborative communication across your organization.

About the Role

The Scheduling Coordinator manages provider schedules to streamline operations and maximize client satisfaction. You'll serve as a communication hub between departments, ensuring scheduling accuracy, reducing conflicts, and supporting your organization's service delivery goals. Working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you'll maintain detailed schedule records, resolve scheduling conflicts, and facilitate cross-departmental coordination to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and maintain provider schedules to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
• Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to align scheduling needs
• Identify scheduling conflicts and work toward timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and ensure data integrity
• Support department leadership in meeting scheduling objectives and service commitments
