About This Position

The Golden Whale (City) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced outlet manager to oversee daily stall operations in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide), ensuring smooth performance of food and beverage service, inventory, labour, and costs. You will streamline procedures, contribute to new food items and marketing programs, recruit and train staff, and drive profitability while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring efficient and effective management of all aspects including food and beverage service, inventory, labour, and costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Innovate new food items and contribute to marketing programs that enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• A passion for customer service and delivering high-quality experiences.
