Role Overview

Ruby Labs, a leading tech company in Europe, seeks an experienced CRO & Growth Manager to join one of our portfolio projects. The role focuses on optimizing the web funnel stages to drive top-of-funnel growth and improve conversion rates (CR) to purchase and lifetime value (LTV). This is a full-time, remote position with opportunities for professional development in a diverse range of industries including health, education, and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Funnel Optimization: Define and implement hypotheses to improve CR to purchase and LTV within the web funnel.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze competitive environment and user behavior data to propose strategies that drive customer acquisition efficiency and reduce CPA.
• Testing Roadmap: Execute a robust testing roadmap to continuously improve the web funnel, ensuring strict quarterly KPIs are met and exceeded.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to seamlessly execute optimization strategies from product requirement documents to execution.
• Ownership of Results: Take full responsibility for growth process results, from hypothesis creation to final implementation and evaluation.
• UA Collaboration: Partner with the User Acquisition team to build and optimize the entire user flow, ensuring every step is optimized for efficiency.

Requirements

• Direct experience in managing and improving web funnels within Igaming projects.
• A strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and techniques.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven strategies that improve customer acquisition efficiency.
• Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple departments.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
