About This Position

As a Product Manager for the Growth AI Outreach Motion, you'll play a crucial role in driving product-led growth for self-serve customers—primarily startups and SMBs—from around the world. You will leverage artificial intelligence to provide personalized guidance across the entire user journey, ensuring that every business on Stripe gets the right support.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and build an AI-driven experience that provides personalized guidance for users at all stages of their journey, from first contact through activation and expansion.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, data science, engineering, design, marketing, and AI/ML to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the growth motion.
• Create and maintain systems that match each user to the right path, ensuring no one falls through the cracks in their onboarding process.
• Collaborate with dedicated product specialists to enhance the quality of guidance provided to large customers while scaling this experience for all Stripe users.
