What You'll Do
- Shape product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps that connect user needs to business goals for your product area.

- Drive cross-functional execution with engineering and design partners, including writing crisp problem statements, specs, and success metrics.
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, surface risks early, and remove blockers so initiatives stay on track from concept through launch.
- Own post-launch evaluation, learning loops, and iteration plans that improve outcomes over time.
- Mentor mid-level product managers and raise the overall quality of product thinking, documentation, and decision-making practices.

Qualifications
- Deep product management experience at a level appropriate for staff scope, including ownership of complex, multi-team initiatives.
