What You'll Do Shape product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps that connect user needs to business goals for your product area. Lead discovery and prioritization by synthesizing customer feedback, competitive signals, usage data, and technical constraints into clear decisions. Drive cross-functional execution with engineering and design partners, including writing crisp problem statements, specs, and success metrics. Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, surface risks early, and remove blockers so initiatives stay on track from concept through launch. Own post-launch evaluation, learning loops, and iteration plans that improve outcomes over time. Mentor mid-level product managers and raise the overall quality of product thinking, documentation, and decision-making practices. Present progress, trade-offs, and recommendations to leadership with clarity and data-backed confidence. Qualifications Deep product management experience at a level appropriate for staff scope, including ownership of complex, multi-team initiatives. Demonstrated strength defining vision and roadmaps, running prioritization frameworks, and shipping successful products end to end.
