Sales Enablement Program Manager

Rentspree is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key player in driving our sales team's success, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.

What This Role Involves

• Developing and executing sales enablement programs to optimize sales performance
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify training needs and areas for improvement
• Creating and delivering training materials and presentations to support sales teams
• Managing sales tools and resources to ensure they are up-to-date and accessible
• Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs

Core Duties

• Designing and implementing sales training programs tailored to the needs of the sales team
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive sales enablement toolkit, including training materials, sales scripts, and best practices
• Conducting regular assessments of sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Working closely with the sales leadership team to align sales enablement strategies with overall business goals
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully implementing sales enablement programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with sales CRM systems and analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
