About the Role
You'll support the reliable operation of critical computing infrastructure at world-class data center facilities. This is direct, hands-on technical work—from hardware maintenance and system monitoring to troubleshooting and repairs. You'll be part of a team whose work keeps essential services running 24/7.
What You'll Do
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, networking equipment, and peripheral devices
- Monitor infrastructure performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and document all work performed
- Diagnose and resolve hardware failures with minimal downtime
- Manage physical inventory, cabling, and asset tracking in a secure facility
- Follow established protocols for system access, security, and compliance
- Respond to urgent situations and be available for emergency and after-hours support as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven technical experience in data center environments or similar infrastructure roles
- Working knowledge of server hardware, networking fundamentals, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read technical documentation, follow procedures, and work independently
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and position heavy equipment safely
- Reliable attendance and willingness to support mission-critical operations outside standard hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Hulbert site
- A commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence
Compensation & Scheduling
Full-time, on-site position offering competitive hourly compensation of $25–$35 USD per hour, based on your experience level and the technical complexity of assigned projects. Emergency and after-hours shifts may qualify for premium pay rates. This is a stable, direct-hire opportunity with RM Staffing B.V.
