About This Position
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that enhance risk management and compliance practices.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the development and implementation of risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address identified risks.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track and communicate project progress and compliance status.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on risk management and compliance practices.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
