Role Overview

Oracle's Applications Sales team drives growth by connecting manufacturing organizations with enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enable strategic decision-making. In this position, you'll represent Oracle's cloud-based ERP portfolio to mid-market and enterprise customers across North America. Your expertise in enterprise applications will be essential to consultatively positioning Oracle's modern cloud technology and building long-term partnerships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting manufacturing and growth-focused businesses in assigned accounts and territories
• Qualify leads, conduct discovery meetings, and articulate how Oracle Cloud ERP addresses customer finance, budgeting, and operational needs
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level and operations executives, understanding their business challenges and strategic priorities
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and ROI analyses for enterprise decision-makers
• Collaborate with Oracle's technical teams, solution architects, and support staff to close deals and ensure customer success
• Track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and report on sales metrics and account progress

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise software sales, particularly ERP, supply chain, or manufacturing solutions
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, finance processes, and enterprise resource planning systems
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to identify customer pain points and propose solutions
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with extended deal timelines
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—for engaging with C-suite and technical buyers
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-oriented sales environment while meeting quarterly targets
