About the Role
You'll travel throughout Dallas to deliver notarial services directly at client locations. As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you'll handle time-sensitive transactions with precision and professionalism, serving as the trusted professional clients meet to finalize critical documentation.
What You'll Do
- Perform notarial acts including acknowledgments and proofs of signature
- Administer oaths and affirmations as required by state law
- Execute jurats and verifications under oath or affirmation
- Verify client identity and confirm all documents meet notarization requirements
- Maintain thorough, accurate records of each notarial transaction
- Travel to clients throughout the Dallas area to complete signings
- Schedule appointments and communicate professionally with clients
What We're Looking For
- Active notary commission in the state of Texas
- Solid knowledge of notarial law and proper procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
