About the Role

As a Retail Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor at our Houston location, you'll lead key operational areas that keep our store running smoothly and our customers satisfied. You'll take ownership of sales floor presentation, inventory accuracy, and back-room efficiency while coaching team members and fostering a collaborative, customer-first environment.

What You'll Do

• Maintain sales floor merchandising excellence and signage standards to create an inviting shopping experience
• Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and accuracy audits
• Supervise back-room operations to ensure organization, safety, and efficient workflow
• Coach and develop team members, modeling customer service excellence and company values
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet sales and operational targets
• Support customers and resolve issues with a service-oriented, inclusive mindset
• Respond to store needs and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
