Position Summary
As a Software Engineer - Sage Intacct at Aktion Associates, you'll partner with our implementation and consulting teams to develop, customize, and deploy Sage Intacct solutions that drive real business value for our clients. This is a full-time position ideal for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth technical environment while building deep expertise in modern cloud-based enterprise accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Sage Intacct implementations to meet specific client business requirements
- Collaborate with application consultants to design and architect software solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Sage Intacct deployments
- Integrate Sage Intacct with third-party systems and business platforms
- Participate in system testing, documentation, and client knowledge-transfer activities
- Contribute to the technical team's continuous growth and development of best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong foundation in software development principles and modern programming languages
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and web technologies
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and business processes
- Sage Intacct experience or demonstrated ability to rapidly develop expertise in the platform
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication abilities and comfort working with clients
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
