Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve lab system support tickets, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Assist laboratory staff with system access, configuration, and operational guidance
- Document technical issues, solutions, and system performance for knowledge management
- Monitor lab system health and alert relevant teams to potential issues
- Maintain clear communication with end users and internal technical teams
- Support system updates, patches, and maintenance activities as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or technical certification preferred
- Strong foundation in basic computer systems, networking, or IT support concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
