LA Senior Counsel

CDF Labor Law is hiring an LA Senior Counsel to join our growing Los Angeles office in Foy, Los Angeles County — a full-time, on-site opportunity for an accomplished employment litigator ready to make an immediate impact.

About the Role

As our Los Angeles practice expands, we are seeking a seasoned attorney to step into the LA Senior Counsel position and become part of a close, collaborative team of talented and diverse legal professionals. In this on-site role based in Foy, Los Angeles County, you will handle both litigation and advisory work across a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from regional companies to larger organizations, helping them navigate complex California employment matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution, primarily representing employers.
• Advise clients on non-litigation and preventive workplace issues to reduce legal exposure.
• Support a varied client base, including regional businesses and other organizations.
• Partner closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver practical, results-driven counsel.

Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of employment litigation experience.
• Management-side (employer) representation experience strongly preferred.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a tight-knit, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Foy, Los Angeles County (this role is not remote).
