Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Planning Consultant

iTech US, Inc. is hiring an Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Planning Consultant for a full-time position in Heidenheimer, Bell County. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant ready to deliver complex Oracle EBS implementations and drive manufacturing operational improvements.

About the Role

As an Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Planning Consultant at iTech US, Inc., you will lead implementations and optimizations of Oracle EBS systems focused on manufacturing and supply chain planning. You'll work on long-term projects requiring deep technical knowledge of Oracle's manufacturing modules combined with the business acumen to align client requirements with system capabilities. Your expertise will directly impact production scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain performance across client organizations.

What You'll Do

• Direct implementations of Oracle R12 supply chain management modules including Bill of Materials, Work in Progress, and Production Scheduling
• Execute Material Requirements Planning, Master Production Scheduling, and Inventory Planning configurations tailored to client operational needs
• Analyze existing legacy systems (including Oracle 10.7 environments) and document detailed requirements to guide R12 migrations
• Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and Oracle capabilities, then design and configure manufacturing workflows
• Implement Available to Promise logic and integrate planning modules to optimize inventory and order fulfillment
• Guide clients through process redesign and system configuration to achieve operational objectives

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules (BOM, WIP, Production Scheduling, Planning)
• Proven expertise in MRP, MPS, Inventory Planning, and ATP functionality within Oracle EBS environments
• Strong understanding of legacy Oracle EBS versions and upgrade pathways to R12
• Demonstrated ability to conduct business requirements analysis and process gap assessments
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and supply chain operations
• Track record leading implementation projects from requirements through design, configuration, and deployment
