Compensation
Owner operators earn up to $220,000 annually with Decker Truck Line. Your pay structure includes 60% to 72% of linehaul revenue based on your experience level, plus 90% to 100% of fuel surcharge recovery. Settlements happen weekly, ensuring consistent cash flow for your business.
