The Springs Hillcrest is searching for a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our Prescott, Nevada County facility. In this on-site position, you'll manage core HR functions essential to our operations, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll administration, and team engagement initiatives.
About the Role
As the Human Resources Generalist at The Springs Hillcrest, you'll be the HR backbone of our facility, overseeing a diverse range of human resources activities. You'll partner with leadership and staff across departments to build a positive workplace culture while handling the administrative and strategic HR functions that keep our team thriving.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates to fill facility positions
- Create and maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with regulations
- Develop and execute new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer benefits information and coordinate employee recognition programs
- Process biweekly payroll and oversee timekeeping accuracy
- Evaluate and approve time-off requests within company policy
- Contribute HR support to special projects and facility-wide events
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist capacity
- Proficiency with payroll systems, HR information systems, and related software
- Solid understanding of employment law, EEOC regulations, and workplace compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Trustworthy discretion when handling confidential HR information
- Genuine passion for fostering a positive workplace environment
