Position Summary

• Support orthopedic specialists in their daily clinical operations
• Assist with patient intake and scheduling
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Manage medical records and patient information
• Perform administrative tasks as needed

What You'll Do

• Assist patients in a welcoming and professional manner
• Collect and record patient information and medical histories
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by explaining what to expect
• Help with the administration of medications as directed by the physician
• Perform basic diagnostic tests and assist with imaging procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a medical assistant program or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
