Position Summary

• Achieve a clean and efficient kitchen by washing dishes, glassware, and other kitchenware.
• Ensure the kitchen remains organized and free from clutter to enhance productivity and safety.
• Participate in the daily cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Help in the preparation and setup of the dining area for meals and events.

What You'll Do

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware using hot water and detergents.
• Sanitize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
• Inspect equipment and utensils for cleanliness and functionality, reporting any issues to the kitchen manager.
• Organize and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, including large pots and pans.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
