Nestogroup is seeking a dynamic Broker Relationship Manager for our Alternative Lending (Aveo Channel) team in Kelowna, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with brokers, driving business growth, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
The Opportunity

- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to enhance broker understanding of our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for brokers and their clients.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- A deep understanding of the Alternative Lending market and the needs of brokers.
