What You'll Do

• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth dining operations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming host area that reflects our hospitality standards
• Process phone reservations and efficiently handle walk-in seating requests
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when needed
