What You Bring
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Adept at using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Passion for talent development and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
