Position Summary

Headquartered in Seattle and San Francisco with a global remote option, Stripe is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join its Infrastructure team. As part of this role, you will drive large-scale technical programs that span multiple engineering organizations, focusing on improving internal platforms that power all of our products. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and product management leaders to plan, communicate, and steer the execution of these programs, ensuring they solve complex problems and enable product engineering teams across Stripe.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale technical programs that span multiple engineering organizations.
• Work closely with engineering and product management leaders to define program goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and minimize disruption to product teams.
• Implement solutions that scale across the entire company while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Align your efforts with other engineering initiatives to drive overall success.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in technical program management, preferably within a technology or financial services environment.
• A deep understanding of infrastructure and platform development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
