About This Position

Binance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in managing and driving the development of spot trading products. Responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle for spot trading features and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.

• Develop and manage product requirements documents (PRDs) and ensure alignment across teams.
• Leverage data analytics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling successful products.
• Strong understanding of spot trading markets, regulatory requirements, and user needs.
• Experienced with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to analyze complex data sets.
