Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager, Ultrasensitive Immunoassays is responsible for product management and commercialization of MSD products, specifically those for users requiring highly sensitive immunoassays. This role ensures the achievement of short- and long-term revenue profit and goals by evaluating industry and customer trends.

Core Duties

• Evaluate industry and customer trends to inform product development and commercialization strategies.
• Drive the product lifecycle from launch through post-launch support, ensuring continuous improvement and market relevance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and customer service to align on product strategy and execution.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing ones.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal team members.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, preferably with a focus on immunoassays.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
