About the Role
At Smartsheet, we are seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to oversee large enterprise accounts and enhance customer satisfaction, application engagement, retention, and growth. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for onboarding new accounts, developing comprehensive engagement strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also act as an expert in Smartsheet, providing guidance to help customers maximize their use and foster collaboration within their organizations.
- Perform initial onboarding of enterprise-level accounts
- Achieve a comprehensive engagement and communication strategy that maintains high customer satisfaction
- Become the Smartsheet expert, offering guidance to increase impact and collaboration across the organization
- Conduct periodic customer success reviews to confirm satisfaction, resolve issues with technical support, and expand Smartsheet use throughout the account
Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Ensure adoption and ongoing engagement of customers throughout their lifecycle
- Provide best practices and solution guidance to help customers realize value from Smartsheet
- Work closely with the Technical Support team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement and share best practices to ensure customers are fully utilizing Smartsheet's capabilities
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Have a proven track record of Software as a Service (SaaS) account management with high customer renewal rates due to ongoing engagement and technical leadership
- Be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers at all levels
- Have excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving complex issues related to Smartsheet usage
- Be a self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating as part of the broader Customer Success team
