The Opportunity
Uber Direct is one of Uber's fastest-growing businesses, enabling Merchants to unlock last-mile delivery for their customers via their own ecommerce channels (outside of the Uber Eats marketplace). We have developed strategic partnerships with key Merchants across Online Food Delivery and are seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, ensuring successful onboarding, and fostering long-term relationships with our partners.
Core Duties
- Drive customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing exceptional support
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers through thorough training and guidance
- Foster long-term relationships with key Merchants to ensure their success and retention
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve services and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in customer success or a related field
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the ecommerce or delivery industry is preferred but not required
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
