What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Associate at AlphaSense, you will support the day-to-day experience of our clients by guiding new users through onboarding, helping current users build productive habits, and surfacing early signs of low usage. Your role involves:

  • Providing support to active users to ensure they get value from the platform.
  • Offering training sessions to help users maximize their use of AlphaSense.
  • Maintaining consistent engagement with clients to foster long-term success.
  • Working closely with Account Managers, who own the commercial relationship with each account.
  • Partnering with Account Executives and support teams as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in customer success or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse users.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven market intelligence tools beneficial but not required.
