What This Role Involves

This role is an exciting entry point into the finance and consulting field. You will be involved in structured onboarding, coaching, and a clear path to a trainee program. The role is entrepreneurially driven, offering you the chance to actively contribute, take responsibility, and develop both professionally and personally. Performance and initiative are key, but you'll also receive support through structured onboarding, coaching, and an experienced team.

Responsibilities

• In the start phase: Arrange client appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.
• Process learning: Learn conversation guidelines, needs assessment, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards.
• Performance optimization: Work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.
• In the further course: Support analysis of client situations, prepare consulting materials in a structured manner.
• Clients' contact: Accompany conversations (as appropriate), take follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.
• Dokumentation & organization: Keep processes clean, document consistently, and secure reliability.
• Teamwork: Work closely with a strong team and assume responsibility for your task packages.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is currently studying and desires more than just a "side job." You must have excellent German language skills (C1+), as the training, team communication, and perspective toward IHK will all take place in German. Responsibilities include:
