Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services firm seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their finance and advisory team. This is not a typical student side job—our client offers a performance-driven environment where responsibility, clear goals, and individual contribution define success. If you're enrolled at university and want meaningful experience in financial consulting with structured onboarding, coaching, and a clear path toward a trainee program, this role provides that foundation.

This position is entrepreneurial in nature and rewards initiative. You'll receive support through systematic training and an experienced team while being measured on output and results. Very strong German language skills (C1+) are required, as training, team communication, and future development pathways are conducted entirely in German.

Responsibilities

Initial Phase (First Weeks):

• Schedule client appointments via phone, network outreach, and provided leads to build a clean pipeline
• Learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards
• Work with key performance indicators (KPIs), receive regular feedback, and systematically improve results

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Support analysis of client situations and prepare advisory materials in a structured manner
• Participate in client conversations (based on your progress), manage follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps
• Maintain process discipline through consistent documentation and reliable execution
• Collaborate closely with a high-performing team and take ownership of assigned work packages

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (Uni/FH)
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and accountability
• Self-starter mentality with structured, organized work habits
• Motivated by performance and measurable outcomes

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or competitive sports/performance culture

This role is not suitable if you:

• Want a traditional student job with minimal hours and low engagement
• Prefer to avoid phone work or appointment scheduling
• Do not meet the C1 German requirement
• Prioritize stability over development and growth
