Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential communications agency in Mainz seeking a senior-level strategic planner to join their team. In this role, you will:
- Develop intelligent communication strategies, precise positioning frameworks, and compelling narratives for B2B clients
- Analyze brands, organizations, target audiences, and market trends to create clear, distinctive concepts for corporate and sustainability communications
- Lead cross-channel projects from strategic ideation through execution
- Facilitate client workshops, provide strategic input during pitches, and serve as a valuable sparring partner in presentations
- Create presentations that combine strategic clarity with creative excellence
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience in strategic planning, ideally within a creative, communications, or marketing agency environment
- Structured working style with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise concepts
- Goal-oriented thinking with strong capability to develop strategic foundations that lead to creative ideas and robust concepts
- Team player mentality with enthusiasm for collaborative exchange across disciplines
- Passion for storytelling combined with excellent language skills and writing proficiency in German
- Thoughtful, responsible use of AI and digital tools while staying current with emerging developments
- Deep understanding of B2B and corporate communications, cross-channel mechanics, target audiences, and communication channels
- Fluency in German is essential for this role
