Senior Solutions Engineer (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization based in Berlin that is transforming how enterprises deploy intelligent automation. Our client is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their AI Agent Deployment team, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, product development, and customer impact.

In this role, you'll partner directly with enterprise clients to design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions that solve real business problems. You'll translate complex workflows into scalable agentic systems, manage technical integrations, and ensure successful deployment from concept to production. This is a high-ownership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape how organizations adopt AI-native automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions
• Design and build agentic automations, including scoping workflows, engineering prompts, and configuring integrations with client systems
• Manage end-to-end delivery: timelines, client expectations, and stakeholder communication across technical and executive audiences
• Troubleshoot and optimize live automations by diagnosing issues, refining prompts, and improving system performance
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope features, surface platform gaps, and provide customer insights for roadmap planning
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on AI adoption, workflow automation best practices, and integration architecture

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Deployment Engineer, Customer Engineer, or similar position
• Strong project management and communication skills with ability to manage delivery timelines and explain technical concepts to both engineers and executives
• Demonstrated prompt engineering expertise with systematic experience writing, testing, and optimizing prompts in production or near-production settings
• Proven experience automating workflows with AI in real business processes beyond experimentation
• Solid API knowledge and integration experience, comfortable scoping and coordinating API-based integrations with external systems
• Analytical, process-driven thinking with ability to break messy business workflows into structured, automatable components
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany

Nice to have:

• AI/ML background or hands-on experience applying artificial intelligence to business workflows
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
