We are representing a growing construction and project management firm based in Berlin that specializes in renovation, modernization, and building projects. Our client is seeking a motivated working student or minijob candidate to strengthen their marketing presence and creatively showcase their ongoing projects across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content for social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Document ongoing construction projects through photos and videos for communication purposes
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies
• Maintain and update the company website
• Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries via social media
• Create simple graphics and promotional materials
• Research trends in construction and real estate marketing

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable field
• Initial experience working with social media platforms, ideally in a professional capacity
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs
• Creativity, strong writing skills, and a good eye for visual design
• Independent and structured working style
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal
• Interest in the construction industry is advantageous

Additional Details: This position is available as either a working student role (Werkstudent/in) or minijob basis. Flexible working hours can be arranged around your academic schedule. Location is in Berlin.

Pay
