Field Marketing (DACH Region) Working Student

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a Field Marketing Working Student for their DACH region team based in Munich. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on B2B marketing experience within a leading technology company, working on strategic initiatives that drive growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Our client's field marketing team collaborates closely with regional sales, account teams, and business development representatives to generate demand, build sales pipeline, and scale customer advocacy. As a working student, you'll take ownership of real projects from day one, including field events, account-based marketing campaigns, and lead execution across the DACH market.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up, and executing regional field marketing events, webinars, and trade shows
• Partner with field marketing managers to plan and execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key enterprise accounts
• Collaborate with business development representatives on lead routing, campaign follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
• Identify third-party industry events, media publications, and sponsorship opportunities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Track and analyze event and campaign performance metrics to inform future marketing strategy
• Work with global demand generation teams and external agencies to localize marketing collaterals and use-case campaigns for the DACH market

What We're Looking For

• Education: Currently enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Language Skills: Native or business-fluent German and fluent English (written and spoken)
• Location: Ability to work from the Munich office for a minimum of 6 months
• Skills & Mindset: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and genuine interest in B2B technology and SaaS marketing
• Preferred: Prior experience with campaign management, event execution, and marketing tools such as Salesforce, webinar platforms, or CRM systems is a plus
