About the Role

You'll own relationships with our most important accounts, acting as their trusted advisor on complex platform deployments and technical strategy. This is hands-on customer success work where technical depth matters—you'll need to understand Kubernetes architecture, secure software delivery pipelines, and compliance requirements well enough to guide engineering teams through their toughest challenges. Travel between 10-25% annually to strengthen customer partnerships and deepen engagement with key stakeholders.

Core Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and success lead for assigned strategic accounts
  • Build trusted partnerships with executive sponsors, technical teams, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Create outcome-focused success plans that align with customer business objectives
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and executive presentations demonstrating platform value and operational impact
  • Proactively surface adoption bottlenecks, customer risks, and expansion potential
  • Provide technical guidance on cloud-native architecture, CI/CD workflows, and GitOps practices
  • Partner with engineering to resolve complex deployment scenarios and compliance considerations
  • Drive platform adoption across customer development teams and identify growth pathways

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical, executive, and operational levels
  • Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking and exceptional decision-making judgment
  • Background transitioning customer value from services-based models to platform approaches
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional problem-solving that drives business decisions and insights
  • Practical familiarity with HubSpot, GitHub, support ticketing systems, and Notion
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Kubernetes environments
  • Comfort in regulated, compliance-heavy, or constrained deployment settings
  • Experience partnering with platform engineering organizations
  • Open-source technology familiarity
