OnePeak Medical Office & Corporate is hiring a Clinical Support Coordinator to strengthen clinical operations at our Klamath Falls, Oregon medical office. Position Summary
As Clinical Support Coordinator, you'll serve as a versatile member of our Klamath Falls team, supporting multiple clinical departments and office functions. You'll work closely with medical providers, nursing staff, and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations—covering clinical duties, patient reception, lab support, and administrative tasks as directed. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to patient care and team success.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support including patient rooming, vital sign collection, EHR documentation, and lab coordination under provider guidance
- Perform phlebotomy and injection administration when appropriately trained and certified
- Maintain clinical spaces—preparing exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring readiness for patient care and procedures
- Support front desk operations: answering calls, scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and collecting payments
- Process administrative tasks including data entry, chart preparation, lab result coordination, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff, ensuring accurate information flow and timely resolution of patient questions
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed to management
- Comply with all office protocols, confidentiality standards, and EHR best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience in a clinical or medical office setting (required)
- Current BLS and/or CPR/AED certification (required)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move supplies up to 25 pounds; standing, walking, sitting, and typing equally throughout your shift
- Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and commitment to continuous learning
- Medical office reception or scheduling experience (preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), phlebotomy certification, or medical billing and insurance knowledge (preferred)
