This role as a Customer Success Manager II will be pivotal in driving the adoption of our platform and expanding its usage across customer bases. You will support customers from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring they realize the full potential of Tines' platform. Your responsibilities include supporting existing teams for expansion and renewals, while also playing a crucial part in our strategy to expand into other functions such as IT, Engineering, and Operations.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager II who is passionate about driving customer success through adoption and usage of our platform. You should have experience in customer support or success roles, with a proven track record of expanding customer usage and renewals. A deep understanding of workflow automation and integration is essential, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Experience working with diverse teams across different functions within organizations is highly valued. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences are key requirements for this role.
