About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own and manage a portfolio of Fortune 500 Accounts Payable customers. This role involves acting as a trusted Procure-to-Pay advisor, helping clients maximize their use of AppZen’s Autonomous AP platform. The ideal candidate will be an expert in P2P processes who excels at building relationships and driving adoption.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting issues related to AppZen’s Autonomous AP platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that address specific customer needs.
- Drive adoption and usage of AppZen's products by conducting training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, feedback, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about P2P operations and has experience in driving adoption of enterprise software solutions. The candidate should be able to build strong relationships with clients and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
