Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers on all credentialing matters, coordinating responses and updates across internal groups.

• Track credentialing timelines, statuses, and renewals, intervening early to prevent delays or gaps.
• Identify adoption hurdles or process friction and partner with product and operations colleagues to implement practical fixes.
• Conduct regular business reviews to surface wins, risks, and expansion opportunities tied to credentialing outcomes.
• Document customer feedback and usage patterns to refine playbooks and improve overall success rates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, escalations, and deliverables so every stakeholder stays aligned.
