About This Position

Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) Skills Union is seeking a hands-on commercial professional to build B2B partnerships for recruitment and training. As the B2B Growth Lead, you will stand up and run a contingent desk, owning revenue from day one, with an employer network and candidate pipeline across Southeast Asia (SEA) and the Gulf. You will work closely with operations and product teams to scale the desk.

Core Duties

• Build and manage B2B partnerships for recruitment and training
• Establish a contingent desk, owning revenue from day one
• Develop and maintain an employer network and candidate pipeline across SEA and the Gulf
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to scale the desk

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales or partnership management
• Strong understanding of the recruitment and training industry in Southeast Asia (SEA) and the Gulf
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience in scaling businesses through strategic partnerships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with a focus on revenue generation
