About the Role

The B2B Operations Coordinator role at Burga is pivotal in ensuring that every wholesale order and partner experience runs smoothly. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to coordinate orders, solve operational challenges, and guarantee exceptional service for our global B2B partners.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Administer received customer orders by entering data in Excel, production systems, and Asana
• Identify, resolve, and prevent operational issues related to order generation, packing, shipments, deliveries, and customer claims
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, Sales, Production Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Excel and project management tools like Asana
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
