Role Overview

The Junior Recruiter role at BURGA is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on recruitment experience in the vibrant, fast-moving world of BURGA. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to implement creative sourcing strategies and build strong pipelines for high-volume manufacturing hires. This position offers a fixed-term agreement until November.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Focusing on hiring for our Manufacturing department, particularly building strong pipelines for the Black Friday period.
• Using cold calling and proactive outreach to connect with potential candidates who might not be actively looking.
