Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and hiring managers
- Negotiate terms and manage the placement process from offer through onboarding
- Build your candidate network across multiple industries and geographies
- Track placements and billing to maximize your commission earnings
- Communicate updates with clients and candidates throughout the hiring cycle
